Purchases made outside the promotional period are not eligible. 3. Federal, State, and Local Compliance All federal, state, and local laws apply. Suppressors are regulated under the National Firearms Act and may only be transferred following all required approvals. The promotional suppressor is not transferred at the time of purchase. No ownership interest, possessory claim, custody, or control passes to the customer until lawful transfer is completed. 4. Eligibility Restrictions This promotion is void where prohibited by law. Customers are solely responsible for determining whether suppressor ownership, possession, receipt, and transfer are lawful in their jurisdiction. Legacy Arms LLC / 406 Firearms reserves the right to deny participation if:

• Suppressor ownership is prohibited.
• Firearm ownership is prohibited.
• The purchaser fails a background check.
• The purchaser becomes prohibited from possession.
• Required documentation is incomplete.
• Any transfer would violate applicable law. 5. Rebate Benefit Option A: One (1) Backdraft Suppressors 4" Hunter Suppressor, subject to availability.
Option B: A promotional credit of $149.99 toward another qualifying suppressor model offered by Backdraft Suppressors.

Customers selecting Option B are responsible for any price difference, shipping charges, transfer fees, tax stamp fees, and required HUB adapters. 6. Rebate Voucher Expiration Rebate vouchers expire one (1) year from the date of issuance. Expired vouchers become void and have no cash value. 7. Suppressor Lead Times Current estimated suppressor lead times are approximately 8–12 weeks. Lead times are estimates only and may change without notice due to manufacturing schedules, inventory availability, supply chain issues, demand, or regulatory delays. 8. Manufacturer Disclosure & Product Liability Disclaimer The promotional suppressor is manufactured by Backdraft Suppressors. Legacy Arms LLC / 406 Firearms is not the manufacturer and acts solely as a retailer, transferor, distributor, and promoter. All warranty claims, repair claims, defect claims, replacement requests, and manufacturing concerns must be directed to the manufacturer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Arms LLC / 406 Firearms shall not be liable for: design defects, manufacturing defects, material defects, structural failures, baffle strikes, end cap failures, mount failures, catastrophic failures, firearm damage, property damage, personal injury, death, hearing damage, or consequential damages. 9. Fees and Additional Costs Customers remain solely responsible for:

• NFA tax stamp fees
• Transfer fees and dealer fees
• Shipping charges
• Sales taxes and state taxes
• HUB adapter purchases
• Legal compliance costs
• Any additional costs associated with redemption 10. Failed Transfers, Denials, and Abandoned Claims If a customer fails a background check, is denied by ATF, becomes prohibited from possession, fails to complete paperwork, fails to redeem within required timelines, abandons the process, or violates applicable law, then:

• The rebate becomes void.
• The customer forfeits all rights and claims to the promotional suppressor.
• Legacy Arms LLC / 406 Firearms may reallocate, resell, return, transfer, or otherwise dispose of the suppressor to recover costs.
• No refund, credit, substitute product, or compensation shall be provided. 11. Non-Transferability The rebate has no cash value, is non-transferable, may not be exchanged, may not be assigned, and may not be redeemed for store credit. 12. Release of Liability By participating, customers agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Legacy Arms LLC / 406 Firearms and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from all claims arising from: firearm ownership, suppressor ownership, suppressor use, product defects, manufacturing defects, transfer delays, regulatory changes, government actions, personal injury, and property damage. 13. Chargebacks and Fraud Fraudulent disputes, chargebacks, payment reversals, or misrepresentations may result in:

• Immediate cancellation of promotion eligibility
• Forfeiture of rebate rights
• Recovery actions
• Legal remedies 14. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Montana. Venue for any dispute shall lie exclusively within the State of Montana. 15. Acceptance By participating in this promotion, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all promotional terms and conditions.
